Shipping time will vary depending on the product and delivery address.
On average please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery across Canada, and 2 - 4 weeks to the U.S.
Faster delivery may be available for an additional charge for some items.

|We do ship some products to the United States however due to size and weight restrictions not all products can be shipped to the U.S. Orders
are processed in Canadian funds and will be automatically converted to U.S. funds by your credit card company at their current exchange rate.
The approximate delivery time for shipments to the U.S. is 2 - 4 weeks. Faster delivery may be available for some items.

|There are additional shipping and brokerage fees for products which are imported into Canada from the United States which U.S. retailers do not have to pay, and this makes the Canadian cost higher than it is in the U.S.|

|Mini Circuit will refund your purchase within 15 days of receiving the item, providing the item is in its original condition, with the
following exceptions: all batteries and rechargers have a 5 day return period, all parts and special orders are final sale.
Strollers, high chairs, and car seats can be returned within 15 days for a store credit only, providing the item has not been used or damaged and it is in the original box with the original packing materials and original receipt. Some patterns and models are final sale.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for any item which has been damaged after delivery or used for any length of time.
Advance authorization from Mini Circuit is required for all returns.
Delivery charges are not refunded on orders which are canceled or returned after the item has been shipped or delivered. When returning an item the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and related costs. All returns must be in the original packaging. Mini Circuit is not responsible for return merchandise which is lost or damaged during return shipping.
All claims regarding items which are damaged or missing parts must be reported to Mini Circuit within 5 days of receipt of the item. Mini Circuit will not be responsible for claims made after the 5 day period. If the item arrives damaged, Mini Circuit will place a claim with the shipping carrier to repair or replace the product providing the item has not been used. Use of the item constitutes acceptance of the item's condition from the time of receipt of the item and shall void all claims regarding missing or damaged parts. If the product can not be repaired it will be replaced with another of the same item but will not be refunded. Mini Circuit is not liable for damage caused by the shipping carrier during transportation.
The manufacturer's warranty covers all manufacturing defects which occur within the warranty period. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident abuse, improper service, modification and/or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship are not covered under the warranty and such repairs will incur charges. In some instances the customer may be referred to the original manufacturer for warranty service.
Mini Circuit reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon inspection of the item.
